    I also like the doodle ku haiku (is that redundant??) you left today on Yay Words!. especially the multiple layers. aloha

    • thank you, Rick. Ironically, the most stressful part of my day is driving to the gym, and the most restful part is taking the mind-body classes once i am there.

      I have also been enjoying your haiku on Yay Words. Aubrie always does such a great job thinking up challenging challenges (definitely redundant!) and creating a sense of community.
